We hope that you can join us on Wednesday December 7th 2016 for our 2016 SAO Holiday Gathering!

In the spirit of giving, the SAO would like to give back to the community. In lieu of door prizes the SAO will make a donation to each of the following charities:

NE OH – Centers for Families and Children www.thecentersohio.org
SW OH – Sweet Dream House Rescue www.dreamhouserescue.org
COH – Urban Farms of Central Ohio www.urbanfarmsofcentralohio.org

We ask that each SAO member, whether you can attend this event or not, consider making a donation to one of these charities. No amount is too small and the SAO will match member donations dollar for dollar up to a maximum donation per charity of $1,000. Please click on the link of a charity above, make your donation and send us a copy of your receipt so we can make our matching donation.

Hotel: We have reserved a block of rooms at the The Westin Downtown Cleveland and it is close to the venue. The address is 777 Saint Clair Avenue NE. If you are planning on staying the evening of 12/7 it is your responsibility to make your reservation no later than 12/7 to be guaranteed a room at the negotiated rate of $109 for the night. Valet Parking at the Hotel is $30 per night or you may elect to arrange for a shuttle. Check-in is at 3:00pm and check-out is at 12:00pm. The number to call to make a reservation is 440-730-4249.

Parking: There is no parking on the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame property. The best parking is the Great Lakes Science Center Garage which is $11 per car and it will be validated for a $2 discount at the main desk. You can view their website for other garages nearby. You will be responsible for the costs of parking.
